Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing time may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders unless otherwise stated. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days but will vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fishing Baby is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS,RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@fishingbaby.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
